Welcome to Flex. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flex platform, including our website at flex.movie, mobile applications, desktop applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Pikosiko ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Tunisia.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. Account creation is optional for basic use of the native applications, which can operate in fully private mode without any account.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Flex features a reward system called "Popcorn Credits" that you can earn by completing quests and engaging with the platform.

Popcorn Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users. They can only be used for in-app benefits as determined by us. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the Popcorn Credits system at any time.

You retain ownership of any content you create on the Service, including reviews, comments, and lists ("User Content").

By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Is harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Promotes hatred or discrimination
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Is spam, advertising, or promotional material
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Violates the privacy of others

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Pikosiko. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@flex.movie.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tunisia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
